This person shall perform data reconciliation to include: Reconciling data with Trial Balances, financial statements, and summary level departmental reporting, validation of line items loaded to general ledger accounts and budget line items. Generate reconciliation packages required to support yearly financial statements and audit activities.
Provide financial and accounting expertise to support and document the migration of BSOs from legacy to target General Ledger (GL) system throughout the migration lifecycle
Provide financial impact and accounting guidance related to balancing adjustments required as a result of migration activities
Provide accounting guidance and assistance in creating posting adjustments to correct identified errors related to migration.
Develop automated transformation tools to execute FI Reconciliation across multiple funds, fund centers, and business areas. Document logic utilized to construct queries and generate reports and submit to Government for approval prior to commencement of reconciliation activities
Coordinate with data management and cutover teams to review and validate brownout transaction and catchup logs to ensure financial data migrated successfully

Work Location: Norfolk,VA; San Diego, CA; Honolulu, HI; Bremerton, WA ( Must be local to these locations or willing to relocate)

Compensation: Negotiable

**MUST HAVE SAP Experience
- Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum Years of Experience: Seven (7) years of relevant experience with a minimum of three (3) years of Federal Financial Management or logistics experience, with a minimum of three (3) years DoD ERP experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work individually and collaborate with a team.
